muvee Reveal 10.5

muvee Reveal is aimed to create home-made movies easily. It has a very nice interface, and though the process of creating a movie may imply some difficulties, you will probably find your way easily.
The application supports multiple sources. Thus, besides the wide range of video and audio formats supported, it allows importing from various types of cameras and devices or downloading contents from muvee Cloud.

Editing a movie consists basically of arranging the imported elements on a timeline. Additionally, you can perform various actions, like adding subtitles, intertitles and captions. Moreover, you can rotate the elements, choose a magic spot (part of the picture you want to attract the attention to) and set the minimum time they will be displayed. Multiple style packs with nice animations and background music are available. Moreover, other packs can be downloaded from the developer’s site. As additional features, the program lets you record your voice, add motion effect, use a logo and insert credits or titles.

The application supports various types of output. Thus, you can upload the resulting video to muvee Cloud, Facebook or YouTube. It also lets you burn DVD discs. Several profiles specifically set to be compatible with such devices as HD TV, mobile phones, iPad, iPhone and iPod are also available. Last but not least, it can save video to your computer in standard formats, like WMV, MPEG, MOV, AVI, H.264 and MP4. Moreover, the output profiles can be easily customized.

All in all, the main advantages of muvee Reveal are its usability and its support of a large number of source and output types. However, it lacks the sophistication of expensive and difficult-to-use software.
